we went back to the old farm today that we hunted last week where I dug the two silver half dollars. Today wasn't too shabby, not as great as last week but I am happy with my finds
1943 silver quarter, several wheats, oldest was 1914, two 1907 indians, 1918 buffalo that I totally scalped! neat little pin with 3 rhinestones. Not sure what little joe thing is...any ideas? it is thin like foil, and small thing with cross is marked sterling.
90% of the finds were found of the side of the yard my buddy with the DFX covered. He went over it last week north and south direction, then yesterday he went East and west across it. I said hey how about I come over to that side with my etrac now and see what u missed? he says sure go ahead. When the hunt was over and I showed him my finds, he says that is it, I have had it with this DFX, I am getting an etrac!
I think he was shocked to see all the stuff he walked right over and totally missed.
