Hey guys,
Most of you know that my wife had the baby Friday so of course detecting is on the back burner for a little while, well she was sleeping and I'm going stir crazy sitting around. Pulled out my detector and walked the yard for a half hr, lots of junk, a clay marble, clad, and an 1897 indian head! Man the goods are hard to find in my trash filled yard. Ok back to baby duty! Thanks for looking and hh! 20140923_120421_resized.webp20140923_120733_resized.webp

Nice! I like your yard

Random half an hour hunt in your own yard yeilds an 1800s IHC LoL!
Way to go man congrats!

my yard is a bed of shale, the trash is real trash because it isn't over an inch or two deep but your yard sounds promising even after finding that great IH

Nice find on the IHC.

Again, congrats on the new addition.

Nice yard there ! Any yard with an IHP is good !

Congratulations on the new arrival to your family. Hope both are doing well. Very nice IH !

I'm certain that you ALSO need to keep your own sanity if you're going to be any good to her. A walk in the yard is a good thing. Just keep the other ear and eye on the house. ;)

The stuff will keep. After all, the indianhead has been waiting since 1897 to be dug up. :)

Lol I wouldve never left her in the house to detect, my wife was home, she's on leave for a while. But it did do good for the sanity

weird part is my house was built in the 1910s, and this was only 3 inches down next to my driveway, likely got brought up when they dug to make the driveway back in the 60s

It's great that your yard keeps giving. All mine ever gave me was a Chuck E Cheese token and less than 50 cents clad, lol.
