Hi everybody!
Had an hour out back this afternoon before the storms again. I've been working on this little area since I got my detector about 6 weeks ago now. Just a small patch of grass but it is still yielding some great stuff. Today was one of my most exciting finds with a battered CTA token at about 6 or 7 inches. They stopped using these in May of '99. Found more coins from the late 60's though late 70's. Thinking the token is from that era as well. A few plastic dudes and costume butterfly.
Uncovered proof of my idea of a clothes line with a screw in type hook along with about 20 nails and junks.
Another awesome thing was the practice after a rain storm. I've had trouble nailing targets the few times I tried before. It rained all last night and is still pretty moist. Not mud though fortunately as it's near 90 degrees out. Easier diggin and deeper targets this time! The practice is paying off.
Thanks for looking and good luck. Kenny
