Another maybe piece, help please!

Ovoid cross-section, worked(?) to a straight edge all the way around, a rose-quartz type material (not the usual for around here, most artifacts are the white quartz). Thoughts? Upstate SC.

PS I miss my hot streak in 2020 when I didn’t need to ask for opinions all the time. 2021 is starting off rough for arrowhead huntin!

That’s what I was thinking, I just struggle with confidence on pieces like this one. The quartz is so hard to tell if it’s been worked or not.
 

Do you think this would’ve been something like a guilford?
 

I agree too.
 

From what you've shown, it doesn't look like it had a stem but rather more of a lanceolate shape. So, Guilford is in the running IMO.
 

Mid mid section of an early type. Not much missing. Probably 90 percent there.
