Yeah, I'd say a slag. I'm not sure by whom... I'd probably say MFC. Road Dog could probably tell you.

White is pretty bright on that Slag. Is there a crease mark at the pole? Might be a early Japan.

Here are some additional photos. No crease mark that I can see. I seem to recall reading once that not all have them, is that correct?

Think you are right on that. The cut is a "U" shape with the white and the seeded glass looks Japan. I like those and have a dozen or so.

The white does lay on top like the japanese transitionals. Good call. The corking action put me in mind of MFC even though it didn't look quite right. I think these Japanese ones have been attributed to the Yasuda company since the Santa Claus marble box was found?
