Er.. Sorry for being no bueno. What is it?

It's an error coin, (obvious right?) called a brockage error. And what happens is, a cent sticks to the machine that is about to strike the obverse die into the blank plachet on my coin, but instead, since the other coin is stuck to the machine, it presses the reverse into the blank side mirrored.
 

Are they worth anything?
 

On ebay people have them listed for $100, but the coin shop said $40 and on internet articles I see $40-$75.
 

I think I might sell one to up my bankroll.
 

nice find! i've been searching cents for years now and have never found a cent like that! i've found several struck-through grease errors, but those aren't valueable.
hope it is worth a good chunk of change!
