This was dug at an old home sight in Jeffersonville IN.
The Colgate Palmolive Co. had taken over the old IN state prison in Clarksville that was an old civil war quartermasters depot. The building is up for sale now it sits on the north Indiana bank of the Ohio River across from Louisville KY.
It displays one of the largest clocks known, it has a red lighted face and is 40 feet in diameter and faces south, wikipedia has more details.
