My friend Justin was raking the leaves out of his yard to beat the snow when he realized his wedding band had fallen off. Luckily, Justin remembered where he was when he noticed that it was gone. He had seen my Facebook post yesterday where I found my high school friend, Bud's ring and asked if I could help him find his. After a thrity minute drive on snowy back roads followed by 20 minutes of vigorous searching I was able to get the coil over the ring! It ended up being by the road in his leaf pile! The ground was covered with 11" of snow, so we moved what we could with a shovel and stomped the rest to compress the huge pile of leaves. Though I never charge for this service, Justin sent me away with fresh processed deer meat! Now who is next?!
