Another solid roll for $ilver$urfer...

Dropped into one of my weekly bank stops and the teller said she was going to call me but she didn't have my phone number. She was holding some halves for me -- I gave her my phone number of course and she said they would call me in the future! I bought them a bag of chocolates a week or two ago for saving loose halves for me and I think that small investment paid big dividends!!! She said the halves weren't pure silver but clad silver...my heart skipped a beat or two especially since I saw a loose 40%er. I thanked her so much and promised them another bag of chocolates next week!!!

Results: [1] solid roll of 40%ers and another [1] 40%er in $5 of loose halves!!! That makes [8] solid rolls of silver I have found in the wild since the last week of February!!!

LOL, I have been really lucky lately!!! I actually have always wanted to go metal detecting so in October I coughed up the money and bought a decent one - it is in the garage because I used it for a few hours when I got it and then it started snowing that very same day and winter has been here ever since!!! I will be going out on a hunt in a few weeks most likely but to be honest I have no clue what I am doing and need to find an expert to help me learn the MDing ropes!

My teller called me as they where holding six rolls for me and I went and picked them up but alas all clad but I did ask them who brought them in and comes to find out this is his third trip dumping I'VE GOT A DUMPER IN MY BANK The good thing is the tellers know now and won't be calling me when this guy dumps Hope the guy has an account.

geeze, that's a ton of solid rolls. That's awesome. I found some solid 40% rolls last year, but none yet this year. Those are great finds. I'm hoping to hit some big scores next week. I had my best find of the year yesterday and it felt good. It's easy to get addicted to it.
