It is called Promoted Listings Lite. A whole new bunch of rules to follow. They tyalk about all the things you have to do and that they will get the fees if they sell. But I looked everywhere and they do not give the fees.
Not going to use it anyway. You have to list it through your phone. My phone is just that, a phone. I will text and even send photos, but that is it. When I list on ebay I crop my photos and add text if needed (yes thats a no no, but I don't care) I carefully compose my ad and have a set format. I am sure none of that can be done on a phone.
Just another idea done by some 15 year old employee that lives with his phone in his face 12 hours a day.
