Another spur to identify. Possilbe CS?

There are no markings that I can find. Was told it may be a CS spur but I'm not sure. I need some gel on this one.

I would think there are guys here that would know all the civil war military issue spurs, but thats not me.
Check it very carefully for markings such as a small anchor or initials.
