looks like a big holed shaker top or a fancy cylinder piece for a black powder pistol

no I cleaned the heck out of that disk and its a blank disk. I believe it was a buckle that went on a horse? I have no idea???

Never seen a valve crank with a steep collar on the back of it. I think it looks like a drain insert to keep things from falling down the drain.

Yep Valve handle from the older type . Well it looks like an older type anyway.
