Another what the heck is this Stone?

This stone has a teardrop look with a little point on its cone shaped end which is totally darker than the rounded exterior/crust? Then, it has one flat, rough surface with what looks like an exposed light grey/cream colored interior?. Scratch test shows nothing from any part of it's exterior and non-magnetic....Any ideas? Thanks.
