Antique Biltmore Estate engraved spoon

Hi there, Im new to this site.. looking to get some info on a Biltmore Estate engraved spoon I have here. I picked it up at a local yardsale about 10 years ago..I have tried looking online for some information on it, but I cant seem to find another one just like it. Any help would be appreciated.

Yay, I got it! Ok guys.. it has an M engraved on the back..very small..either baby spoon or souvenir?
