I think it is original georgian satire painting? The way the people in the image seem grotesque and well dressed makes me think satire.

It is advertising used on the hosting site your using for the pictures... Didn't see any porn..You have choice view in gallery or follow link, link takes you to your hosting site with advertising...

Your picture may be worth something, so don't get rid of it til you know! Only similar picture I've seen was a funny one of dogs dressed as people, smoking cigars while playing poker around a card table, which I think is a well-known picture, so you might google "dogs playing poker" to see if it has links to your Victorian dog picture also. Or if you haven't yet done an "Image" search on google for your specific picture, try that - I've found image search usually brings up a lot more than plain word searches. Have Fun! Andi
