Good morning!
I found this yesterday while detecting on lunch. It rang up high and when I dug it out I thought it was a bottle. After cleaning, it came apart and I believe it was an old flashlight? It doesn't have any maker marks on it.
Cool!!! That's an oldie!!! Congrats?!!

Not so sure it is/was a flashlight. Where's the on/off switch and what is the cylinder inside it?
That's the only thing I could think of with it being one. The 2 cylinders inside are definitely old batteries with the one being corroded out. I believe it's missing the bottom where the switch might have been. The top looks like it would have had a bulb go in.
