antique hookah

hi i am new to this forum was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the value of this. It stands 6ft tall , seems to be handmade of brass and mother of pearl marble . Has 4 ports that are cobra heads .

I can’t help you with any info…. Just that it’s the craziest hookah I’ve ever seen. Must have been popular with a basketball team I’d guess…

Is this also your picture, or another example of a similar item?

That picture originally came from someone’s ‘flickr’ account and, although no longer there, it still retrieves from Google’s image cache. No other details, apart from the account holder seems to be a technician in the US military and is pictured in fatigues during service in Kyrgyzstan.

I have no idea what it’s worth, but I don’t believe it to be antique (more than 100 years old) and maybe not even vintage (more than 50 years old). I saw a modern example made in India - 6 feet tall, 6 hose, all-brass - available for $400

Damn that is the most bizarre hookah iv ever seen. Man you'd need deep pockets to fill that bowl!
