antique pinochio toy

This is a recently found pinochio toy. On the back it says w.d prop. It is a ceramic toy about 3 inches tall. I was hoping if someone could tell me what it is worth? and what it is? Thank you.

Too bad the WD Prop didn't mean Walt Disney Prop ;-)
I have heard that some Disney artists would have model characters on their work desks relating to the movie they were working on. Still, it is a nice find
