The RWM to the left of "The Great" & under No Cash Value, tells me it's from the Roger Williams mint. Established over 75 years ago, Roger Williams Mint has grown to become the worlds largest privately held mint, offering car wash tokens; amusement tokens; and mint quality and proof-like commemorative coins and medallions.
One of his tokens sold for $45. Hope that helps :)
