Any button experts out here????

Found this button at an old house foundation. I hoping somone out here can help me date it so I will know about when the house was occupied. Button is the size of a dime and has three stars, one on three sides and a steam engine with coal car on the top. I hope the picture helps. Any help will be appreciated.

It's a work clothes button, probably around 70-80 years old. There is a similar, solid-center button with a locomotive and three five-pointed stars.
