I dont know that you would want to up there If you check some of the previous posts about coin roll hunting in Canada it seems that the Canadian mint and or banking institutions actively check all coins and pull out silver

............besides, they reduced the size of the half dollar in '68, and again in '00; so you're not going to find the older ones that way anyway.
