any good beaches at the dade, broward, palm beach, or pompano beach

to find gold or silver coins floating to the shore? Have heard about this and that hurricaine season is good. Also any specific beach that is good for this or anything? Have been going to the beach but have been detecting with my 6 and 4 year old so i really cannot concentrate 100% because they are in the water and have to keep an eye on them. I will be going to the beach alone so i can fully concentrate and would like to know which one would be a good one? thanks.
