Any good civil war sites near Franklin, TN?

I am going down to Tennessee for thanksgiving, and I thought I may as well do some swinging while I am down there. Does anyone know any civil war sites near the Franklin area?

I assume you know there was a major battle fought there. I doubt you can find anything good without knowing someone.

Think it is safe to say most of us won't give up our best sites, but with a little investigation into Franklin you will find it is top notch with CW history. Best of luck and an early welcome to Tennessee. HH

That's like asking someone where their money is buried...they might say there are some good sites but they wont get specific...doesn't hurt to ask though...good luck on your trip.
