I am looking for a list of books that are on there, hopefully, ones with PDF files I can download, as they have been having some legal trouble lately, and I'd hate to miss out on anything with valuable info if they have to remove books.

Just what exactly are you asking for ?

Any treasure hunting books that hunters on here would recommend?

Every state has their "list of publications" . Some cost a small amount but there are a lot of pubs that are free ! Contact your state for this today! I have had mine for Missouri for many years and it helped me ! :coffee2:

Hi Neo,

you might want to search google books for pre-1920 publications.
they are public domain now. You will get some fiction. Treasure Island.
but you might find a tale or two of something real

try searching specifics. Like Captain Kidd or Blackbeard.
Or Beale Cyphers, Lost Gold.

Also, there is quite a few treasure legends here on the site you can search for.
