any help...egyptian piece

The internet is no help.. anyone ever seen one of these? About 4 in. Bronze type of metal? Not sure. Egyptian. Fraternity. I first thought it was a boy scout badge. Site was there 1901-1915 era.

this object appears to be a sword hanger, or part of one...
one of those fraternities...masonic or knights of someone somewhere.

It is way post Civil War, Egyptian Revival period watch fob, commemorating the discovery of King Tut's tomb in the 1920's.
The reason I mentioned post Civil War, is that some folks claim they are Civil War era, but they are not.

The item is part of a watch fob sold by the Sears Roebuck company starting in 1905.
