as the others said or the translucent pieces have me leaning towards Agate. when posting stuff like this it helps to say what part of the country where you found it

Found in the foothills of Northern California. I am aware of the quartz, was hoping to confirm if it is rutilated (as it appears in the second photo) or other possible mineral combinations to form the different colors.

Welcome to Tnet,I don,t know much about rocks,around here if we want rocks we have to import them.Plenty of dirt tho!
