Too blurry to see, but minted from 1913 to 1938. I assume when you want to know what age it is the date is worn off, this was a common occurrence on Buffalo nickels.
 

As Cutler said, it's a Buffalo Nickel. There are some 'key dates' of this series that could fetch you a little money. The thing to do is look closely at the Indian Head's shoulder for the date. In addition, beneath the Buffalo on the reverse, you will find the Mint Mark (if any).

If there is no date, then it's worth face value. Some people in the world do pay $0.07 - $0.10 for dateless Buffalos...
 

Allow me to amend Groovedymond's comment: Certain Buffalo Nickel coins (not this one, however) are worth a premium notwithstanding the date cannot be read. One such coin is the three-legged nickel as shown here:
