Malachite, carnelian and turquoise I'm thinking, but they could be simulated glass stones if it's a more recent made item for the tourist trade or made as something to be sold at a import store, like Pier One. I really couldn't say for sure unless I saw it in person.

Interesting, thank you. The box is made of a unknown metal, it feels like a tin. There is a great deal of detail to showcase the "stones".
Any idea of a country of origin (any clues in the details)? Is there a single country where all three stones can be found (carnelian, malachite, turquoise)?

Are you sure those are stones? They might just be glass,epoxy/resin or even plastic, I could be wrong though.....
