I think it is silver, I've scratched the bottom an keep seeing silver, not soft enough for lead etc

Wild guess but it might be the top of a spoon by the Sundowner souvenir company, Australia. Hey, I said it was a wild guess. Just as wild is a collectible item that references a character known as Sundowner in the slash and gash video game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. The object looks kinda out there
