Hello. I've seen these before but am drawing a complete blank. It's driving me crazy. The only mark is a "PAT Allowed". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That would make sense since it came from a jewelry lot of miscellaneous stuff that included cufflinks and I did have that thought too. Just seems a little odd for a cufflink. Thanks for the response!
