Hello Kidd,

I am a potter and avid shard collector. Your shard shows old throwing/turning lines and looks like a piece of an old crock. It is very difficult to ever guess the age unless you find things at the same depth such as a coin. I have boxes of shards, not much you can do with them. I hope to someday make a display board similar to displays of arrowheads. Good luck.
