Any ideas on this token???

A friend of mine found this old bronze or brass token at an abandoned homestead and is interested if anyone knows what it is. He saw a similar token like this on the History channel about Rome and the oldest profession known to man!!! Authentic or reproduction Any help would be appreciated. HH - Hawkeye Jim.
