Any ideas what this is?

Found this in Arizona in an area with lots of Anasazi artifacts. It seems to be unglazed pottery. The three pieces were found together.

Looks like two pieces of broken sedimentary stone that may or may not fit together. Then and extra chunk. What do you see?

The edges seem to be serrated or chipped into shape, like it was purposely shaped, which is what made me wonder
