Fossilized nut or seed? Found it in the driveway about 20 yrs ago.

Nope not lead. Its more like a rock but looks like a small acorn or something. The hole on the end and what I can see inside has a "crystalline" texture.

Rugose coral I believe. Worn down and polished by water probably.

Thanks rush. I've held on to this thing for years thinking it was a petrified acorn or some other kind of nut. Oh well!
