so the disk is im guessing a speedometer?? the middle back has a wire and it spins or turns, the other lil thing is metal i was thinking maybe a sample tube of lipstick, lol i have no idea,

yes indeed is a lipstick tube i cleaned it up and the top has tangee on it, still the circle thing any ideas what it came from bike , motor cycle im racking my brain lol

The disc could be any kind of needle gauge. Speedometer, temp, amps something like that.

If you remove the lens, you might be able to tell what it's for. Looks mechanical rather than electrical. I suspect it's for temperature, but, just my WAG.
