I've got a couple of tokens that I think are silver.
The South Dakota token has on the edge: "RSC" "008459" "Made in Canada"

This site indicates the Dag H. token is made of sterling silver:

The RSC on the top token may have something to do with Canadian copyright law; the "R" may mean "Royal".
