Any one around the clarksville - springfeild area

I am new to the hobby. My grandson and I useally hunt together.I have found some clad but would like to find some older coins and maybe some civil war items for the grandson. Anyone that could help us please let me know. I have several places to hunt old homesteds and even a couple farms that we could hunt just not haveing any luck.

I am in White House just 11 miles from Springfield. Would love to get together and hunt sometime. I have some stuff scouted here with standing abandoned homes on it.
