any one know the story about mineral springs

Palmyra Wisconsin heard stories about mineral springs around here found a old foundation on one of the lakes claiming to have been a resort years ago were people would go to enjoy the springs . The one I interested in is off of HY ZZ in the woods some place . Anyone have any knowledge of this? Also LULU lake area used to camp there in the 60s now dnr owns all the land around the lake except 2 homes. there used to be a either a boys camp or girls camp on the west side of the lake which is owned by sierra club now.
