anybody know anything about brooklyn pixies?

Had something to do in bklyn. today, so after that i went to coney is. beach. Detected for 3 1/2 hrs. what a waste of time as far as finding anything of note!
So far i have detected in bklyn. 7 or 8 times - both on dry sand + in the water. To date i have found nothing better than a quarter!
I am confused about bklyn. Pixies - do they remember all the bad things i have said about people from bklyn. in my youth (i was raised in the bronx) - or is there a special way of garnering their favor of which i am ignorant of at this time?

Don't know about Brooklyn pixies but seem to remember something about Cornish Fairies....

Something about offering them a pint of stout and warm place to nap and they'd favor you with a wish.

Something like that.

But if it's any consolation...my junk pile of caps is bigger than that. ROFL

the problem is not the pixies, its the jewish grandmothers! you ever tried to explain to a jewish grandma that you lost your money in the sand? no good jewish child would dare try it. they might as well comb that beach and find it! hence, no money for you to find!
