Very pretty. The script ‘LT’ monogram is for the Atelier Camille Le Tallec of Paris. It looks like the piece has the date marking system used from 1941 onwards. In that system, the first letter in the upper section between the monogram letters should be the date letter, with the letter ‘K’ denoting the first half of 1946. I don’t know what the question mark (if that’s what it is) might be for. The letters below are indeed ‘RG’ and are the initials of the artist who painted the piece (there’s no recorded painter with the initials ‘RC’)
