Anyone Bank With Chase?

I have quite a few Chase branches and a huge Chase office building with a branch in my area. Anyone have any stories, good or bad, about Chase? Are they strict about ordering boxes? Do they have coin counters?

I went into one branch and asked if they had any halves, they were very happy to get rid of the $400+ in customer rolls they had- I jokingly said I should leave my name and # for when they got more, pen and paper was promptly in front of ME. That branch had no coin counter. The main bank downtown was no help. Saturday I went to another branch, no help there, asked if there were any in the coin counter- head teller said probly but I'm not getting them out. I left my name and # for when the bag got full but it probly got file 13ed when I left as when she asked if I had an account I had to say no. Thas all I know about Chase- all you can do is see for yourself. HH Mark

I have been a member of Chase for quite a few years. I have been to many different branches and have never seen a self serve coin counter. I have found they have been very helpful to me to order boxes. In fact, the branch I mainly go to keeps them on hand for me, when they run out they automatically order more. I have used 3 different branches to get my halves, and they all said the same thing, please do not bring your rejects back to our branch.
