anyone build an alternate battery setup for a CZ-7?

anyone build an alternate battery setup for a CZ-7? The CZ-7 has two sets of 6AA battery packs. Is there an alternative? Anyone make a custom 9v replacement for the original packs.

YES I HAVE. I REPLACED THR 2 LEADS AND INSTALLED 2- 9 VOLT BATTERIES. BE CAREFUL/ THE CZ7 HAS THE BATTREIES WIRED IN SERIES. SO IT ONLY HAS 1 GROUND WIRE. WHICH RUNS BETWEEN THE BATTERIES. NOT SURE EMAIL ME. JEFF. NEPAPPYGOLD@O.RR.COM
