I've gotten a mix of brown and gold wrappers in teh same box before. I'm assuming it's what they have on hand

I'm wondering how they get the mixed wrappers... So farther yellow rolls gave me 2, 40%ers...

The service that rolled the coin likely gets rolling paper in a variety of colors from their supplier. What you encountered was the end of one roll of wrapper and the beginning of another. Nothing unusual here, in my opinion.

ya I got boxes like that, 1 one color then mixed then the rest the other color. Guessing it's just a wrapper change

The brink rolls was a skunk, nothing from them besides a few hold filler. Two 1969D from yellow rolls. Still better than nothing. I hope next weeks box is from Garda, the flat boxes.
