Pine Grove Hose, Hook & Ladder Fire Company No. 1 will use the grant funds to purchase a washer and dryer for turnout gear, said Pine Grove Fire Chief David A. Sattizahn.

Does this thing move the clothes from
the washer to the Dryer, then Iron it
and Phone you when it is done ?

That turnout gear don't come cheap and it don't fit in your little ol' Maytag home washer/dryer!

The pizza and beer options have never been a very good incentive either.

I didn't know that turnout gear could be washed in a washer and drying in a dryer would cause the reflective to melt or crack.

When I was in the fire dept. back in the early 1990's my turn out gear never got washed.
