Ill be there in about a week and wondering hows the beach hunting going? Are there any weird laws about detecting the beach?

I'd hunt the beach at low tide if possible and check around the parking lot edges...

Thanks for the tips. Dont know much about the dress. maybe my wife has one that will fit LOL!!!

No restrictions on any southern CA beach. If you find any that are federally run, (as opposed to county, city & state), there might be something technically . But in practicality, no southern CA beach, to my knowledge, has ever had a problem for md'rs, no matter what level it's on.
