We have an event coming up tomorrow evening and we need a recipe that's not too hot for the folks that don't like spice.

We have super hot, hot and mild spicy garlic covered but my wife was thinking we should do a Asian sweeter type for folks that don't like to cry when they eat them.

I know it's kind of last minute ,but any help would be appreciated.

Teriyaki wings
I've used this recipe before. The longer they marinate the better they are (I soak mine overnight) and I always double the ingredients for the same amount of wings (3 lbs) because I like the wings to literally soak IN the marinade. Also, when it comes to the pineapple juice, I usually take several rings of real pineapple and run them through the blender to get my "juice", but that's just me -

1 cup water
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
3 pounds chicken wings or drumettes

1.Whisk together the water, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, butter, garlic, and ginger in a large glass or ceramic bowl until the sugar has dissolved. Add the chicken wings, coat with the marinade, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
2.Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F. Grease baking dishes, and set aside.
3.Remove the chicken from the marinade and place the chicken wings into the prepared baking dishes. Bake the wings in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is evenly browned, about 45 min.- 1 hour.

I like the Baby Ray sauce. Then if i want to spice it up a little I will add some spices....Matt

Thank you both so much for your recipes and we are going to try both and I'll let you know tomorrow how they taste.
