Nope. Looks like a utility knife. Maybe a parer. In taking photo's a measuring device or commonly recognized object used for comparison helps.
Knife is full tang, always a plus to me anyway.. Handle looks good , not split or swelled from the no no of soaking in dishwater. Cleaned gently with hot water and mild detergent and a soft brush, then dried and lightly oiled and buffed,(olive oil or vegetable oil if kept away from mice and used, mineral oil if going back into storage) with a soft cloth it should look great.
Depending on value to owner and plans for it it is a type knife that can be reworked. Slowly without overheating blade. If thick enough blade( is not "whippy" or too flexible); a leather sheath made for it leaving about an inch of handle sticking out and a versatile knife is back in action..If too light a blade for a sheath knife it will cut a ton of veggies still.

They are both kitchen paring knives, not really collectible, and there are many better quality ones available for actual use. They were both el cheapo knives when new.

Speaking of nostalgia, I think I had a knife just like that when I was younger. Or maybe it was my Dad's, not sure. My brother probably swiped it.

That's along the line I was thinking. Mama had a set of kitchen knives like that. Seems like there were 6 of them. Tony
