Anyone know asian cloisonné

Hi James. It's a type of cloisonné known as 'ginbari', which would mean it's most likely Japanese. Difficult to see if what you're showing on the base are actually marks in the sense of maker's marks or just damage marks.

Then I think it's probably going to be early 20th Century.
