I found this old anchor in a barn in Pennsylvania. I have no clue where it’s from, how old it is etc... any ideas will be much appreciated

It looks modern to me. Lake dragger. Fresh water anchor Maybe as old as the 40s or 50s Anchors are a tough sell.
