Anyone know old cap guns?

Found this years ago, but just dug it out of the attic. The only marking is "made in USA". Total length is 5-1/4". It sure is rusted to heck, but I've always wonder about its age/value? Any thoughts? Thanks!

Looks similar to a Hubley or Kilroy. Prices vary greatly from a dollar or 2 up to over 40-50.
